1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using the 866 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the date you first use the 866 platform.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the 866 Privacy Policy and any other policy documents published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing by 866.

866 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform or registered email. Continued use following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

The 866 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Not residing in any country or region where the use of this platform is prohibited or restricted by local laws.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion program at 866 or any related platform.
• Capable of making decisions freely and responsibly without any coercion.
• Registering with genuine personal intent for entertainment and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

866 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Registration and Account Management

Each user is only allowed to have one (1) active account on the 866 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without compensation.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• A valid and accurate date of birth.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A phone number registered in your own name.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration or identity verification (KYC) process is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. 866 reserves the right to freeze or close such accounts and withhold any withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

866 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your 866 account.
• 866 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe depending on the selected payment method.
• 866 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any unusual withdrawal requests.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the Finance section of the platform and may change from time to time.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by 866 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and balances.
• 866 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including bonus arbitrage, is prohibited and may result in account closure.

6 Game and Betting Rules

Use of the 866 gaming platform is subject to rules specific to each game category. In general, the following rules apply to all games on the 866 platform:

• Results of all games generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Live Casino game results determined by the dealer are final once the round is closed.

• The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Cancelled sports betting markets voided by the event organiser will be refunded to the user's account.

7 User Responsibilities

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your password with anyone, including family members.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Contact 866 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

866 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, misconduct, or money laundering.
• Ownership of multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Failed or incomplete identity verification (KYC).
• Requests from competent authorities.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 866 support team. Any valid account balance will be returned via the registered payment method once all security checks are completed.

10 Liability Limits

866 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Platform disruption or unavailability caused by maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from fair and legitimate game outcomes.
• Any act or omission by third parties, including payment service providers.
• Unauthorised platform access resulting from the user's failure to maintain account security.

The maximum liability of 866 to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
